How long will delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, please allow 3-5 working days for your item(s) to arrive.
How much is shipping?
Our prices include free shipping.
Do you offer Refunds?
Yes, we offer a full refund on all item(s) our refund policy is 14 days from the day you receive your item(s). If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
How do I return my item(s)?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your refund has been processed, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded. You must send the item(s) back via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure the item(s) are fully insured. Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being eligible for a refund. Please ensure to obtain and keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the UK, we are hoping to offer international shipping in the near future.

Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

You will receive a dispatched email along with the tracking number(s).
