REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is 14 days from the day you receive your item(s). If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be received unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the swing tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style of a different value, we suggest that you refund your item and purchase your new item separately. We will only replace your item(s) that are not defective or damaged. your item must be received unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the swing tags attached. All exchanges are subject to existing stock.
To complete your return please send an email to info@grafikish.com to obtain a returns label, we will require your order number. Please also state the reason for return in the email.
Any item(s) not returned in their original condition, arrive damaged not to any fault of Grafikish, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is satisfactory, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, in the first instance please contact your bank or credit card company for any pending transactions as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your refund has been processed, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded. You must send the item(s) back via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure the item(s) are fully insured. Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being eligible for a refund. Please ensure to obtain and keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s)
